  • For orders under $50, standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.99.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, with rates calculated based on weight and destination.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We ship to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and factors like weather or high demand can occasionally cause delays.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
  • Delivery times vary by country but generally take between 7-21 business days.
  • Customs fees, import taxes, and other charges may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment. If you have any questions regarding your order status, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate the package or initiate a claim if necessary.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and packaging and email it to us at support@trendyessentials.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. However, if you contact us as soon as possible at support@trendyessentials.com, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
